The video frame rate is quite poor. Suggests that you have a USB 2.0 webcam, and whatever app you used to record the video does not correctly deal with 1080p video over USB 2.0. To get a reasonable frame rate the app must set the camera to use MJPEG or H264 encoding. Otherwise, stick to 720p.
