Expert Guide for PBX Buying
Jon Arnold and I collaborated on a Focus Expert Guide: Purchasing Enterprise Phone Systems. Online collaboration is really changing the way we work – for the better. A single online draft that we could both access individually or the same time really made this project go much faster. 
The guide helps enterprise buyers identify requirements and features they to look for when considering an enterprise PBX voice solution.
This is my fourth project with Focus – an upcoming website with a variety of technical content for end users. Jon and I are now working on a similar guide for Unified Communications.
