A few additional considerations.
Vonage is a profitable provider that is in the 7th inning of a remarkable transformation. I believe the company will continue to make acquisitions though likely more with an eye on market consolidation. I suspect 2019 is the last year that Gartner can exclude Vonage from its UCaaS Magic Quadrant. The company is moving beyond its bright orange logos to something more refined. I really like the new branding. They made some great videos that capture the playfulness of the brand. Check these out:
