This one takes a look at why Cloud Computing now. It looks at the evolution of timesharing and the utility model (originally predicted in the early 60s). It is still mostly general computing rather than voice specific, but sets the foundation for the upcoming voice discussion. The next post will start the conversation around specific voice topics, issues, and options around cloud computing.
