TalkingPointz PickHitz Showcase – InfoComm 2026
With InfoComm 2026 now in the rearview mirror, the TalkingPointz PickHitz Showcase was once again a great vehicle for companies to get their messaging out above the noise floor of the show. We had eight participants in the program this year, each one with interesting and important stories that resonated with viewers and attendees alike. - ClickShare by Barco – Certified Interoperability Without the Headache
ClickShare’s PickHitz story centered on the new ClickShare Hub software, which not only enables Microsoft Teams meetings to run natively on the device, but allows any other meeting platform to simply connect via the new generation ClickShare button. Interoperability remains simple: plug in the ClickShare Button and run the call in BYOD mode from a notebook. That combination makes ClickShare one of the easiest ways to support both internal Teams users and external visitors, while still operating within the certification and security expectations of the enterprise collaboration market.

- Cisco – Board Pro G3 Expands the Room Platform Story
Cisco participated in the PickHitz Showcase with its new Board Pro G3, which extends the Board Pro platform by supporting PoE and video-over-IP connected devices through simple Cat6 cabling. That includes their connected cameras, ceiling microphone systems, and other room peripherals that can now be brought together more cleanly as part of the Cisco room experience. Cisco also emphasized its growing support for native Zoom Rooms experiences, both inside and outside meetings, giving organizations one of the industry’s broadest examples of choice across collaboration platforms.

- Insta360 – A Seasoned Consumer Video Player Moves Into Enterprise Collaboration – Worth Watching
TalkingPointz initiated coverage of Insta360 at InfoComm, mostly becasue the company’s story was not about copycat devices. Insta360 is bringing real innovation into collaboration, including a webcam with virtual camera mode available right out of the box, an Android video bar with a built-in PTZ gimbal, and several other capabilities that show the company is thinking differently about room and personal video. Insta360 may be new to many enterprise collaboration buyers, but the technology on display was certainly worthy of a closer look.

- Logitech – Creating a Digital Cocoon for Open Spaces
Logitech’s PickHitz Showcase story focused on the Digital Cocoon capability in the Rally Board 65. The concept is simple but powerful: create a bubbled-off, focused collaboration zone inside an otherwise open area. The Rally Board 65 can help the far-end participants focus on the people and areas intended to be captured, while visually blurring and acoustically attenuating activity outside the preferred zone. As more organizations try to make open spaces usable for video collaboration, this kind of controlled capture becomes increasingly important.

- Neat – Edge Intelligence Moves From Concept to Room Experience
Neat used the PickHitz Showcase to explain that it is shipping its relatively new touch panel and new Board 35, but the bigger story was its push toward edge intelligence. The company highlighted new capabilities such as Thinking Rooms, its MCP server, and Intelligent Framing modes – all introduced for the show. Neat continues to position its devices not just as endpoints, but as intelligent room systems that can understand, adapt, and support the collaboration experience closer to where the work is actually happening.

- Owl Labs – From Meeting Owl to Enterprise Platform
Owl Labs participated in the PickHitz Showcase with the new Meeting Owl 5 Pro, while also detailing its broader pivot toward enterprise-grade collaboration. The company discussed new service capabilities, management and monitoring tools, and a roadmap designed to better support traditional channel models and enterprise users. Owl Labs has long been known for making flexible meeting capture easy, but its InfoComm story made clear that the company is now pushing well beyond plug-and-play into more serious enterprise deployment and support.

- Q-SYS – The Platform Is the Story
Q-SYS joined the PickHitz Showcase to discuss its new Microsoft Teams-compatible video bar, built on a Windows platform, which is somewhat unique in a room device market increasingly dominated by Android. But the video bar itself was only part of the story. The larger Q-SYS message was about the platform: bringing audio, video, control, management, and distribution together in one environment. That now includes new NVM devices that support large-scale distribution for video walls, large venues, and other complex AV environments.

- Zoom – Still Leading on Collaboration Quality
Zoom’s PickHitz Showcase appearance emphasized that the company is not only a workspaces and AI platform, even though it has made tremendous progress in both areas. Zoom also remains a leader in video and collaboration quality. The company highlighted enhanced modes for broadcasters, a collaboration with graphics company Vizrt, and the continued improvement of the Zoom Rooms experience. In a market where many platforms are talking about AI, Zoom used InfoComm to remind the industry that media quality, room experience, and collaboration performance still matter.
