ISE 2025: The TalkingPointz Pick Hitz

What Are the TalkingPointz Pick Hitz at ISE 2025
Integrated Systems Europe is a big conference with more than 1600 exhibitors. The show can be overwhelming; most attendees experience a broad and shallow event. We know that many of the solutions exhibited deserve a deeper look. So, this year, our game plan involved pre-selecting several Pick Hitz.
These Pick Hitz selections are solutions we identified to spotlight. If you’re involved with or designing collaboration systems or spaces, these are the solutions you shouldn’t miss. Over the next few weeks, we’ll dive deeper into each of these picks, ensuring you get an in-depth look at why these companies and their innovations matter.
Of course, several announcements were made at the conference. We curate these in our monthly Insider Report (paid subscription). The February 2025 Insider Report will cover everything important in enterprise communications that occurred in February — including ISE announcements. It will be published in the first week of March 2025.
A Record-Breaking ISE
Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025 was a landmark event, breaking records with 85,351 unique visitors from 168 countries, a 15.5% increase over the previous year. The event featured an impressive 1,605 exhibitors and 92,000 sqm of net show floor space, making it the largest ISE to date.
Dave Michels and David Danto attended the event from before the doors officially opened to when they closed, specifically to get insider information on the top UC and collaboration news and trends. At ISE we focused on A/V, but we managed to sneak in a few extras, including desktop reservations and contact center solutions. Insider subscribers had some of the announcements in our January Insider Report.
David and Dave will be dropping short highlights on social everyday between now and Enterprise Connect.
TalkingPointz Pick Hitz from ISE 2025
AudioCodes
AudioCodes continues to refine its position in the enterprise communications ecosystem, producing MTR and other products as good as if not better than its larger competitors. At ISE 2025, the company showcased its latest advancements in AI, cloud communications, and enterprise-grade voice and video solutions. With a focus on hybrid work and seamless integration with major UC platforms, AudioCodes stood out as a must-watch company for those navigating the future of communication. Their innovations in device-based AI (as opposed to individually licensed AI) give organizations a ramp to using summaries and other AI features more cost-effectively.
Barco ClickShare
ClickShare by Barco remains a benchmark for wireless collaboration, and at ISE 2025, Barco introduced new capabilities that push the boundaries of hybrid work. Their intuitive one-click wireless presentation and conferencing technology continue to evolve, making meetings more seamless, flexible, and platform-agnostic – a critical consideration for modern enterprises. Their capability to recognize that a BYOD solution is being used for the entire room and not just the PC’s owner is a tremendous step ahead for that model.
Cisco
Cisco’s hybrid work strategy was fully displayed at ISE 2025, focusing on Webex devices that optimize both office and home workspaces. Their latest AI-powered collaboration tools, intelligent video conferencing solutions, and redesigned desk systems highlight Cisco’s commitment to making hybrid work more effective and engaging. It is clear that Cisco has redefined and owns the hybrid desk experience.
Jabra
Jabra has been a leader in personal and meeting room audio solutions for years, and its ISE 2025 presence reinforced that status. Their latest device is the Panacast 40 VBS, the little brother to their Panacast 50 VBS. For roughly the same price as their competitor’s BYOD-only bar solutions Jabra includes a fully active and functional Android codec – and one that is running on Microsoft’s latest MDEP platform.
Neat
Neat has been making waves in video conferencing with beautifully designed and highly reliable devices. At ISE 2025, they expanded their product lineup to cover larger rooms with modular solutions. Their focus on frictionless meeting experiences makes Neat a standout for enterprises looking for high-performance video solutions.
Nureva
Nureva continues to innovate in audio for hybrid work environments, particularly in large-room voice pickup and AI-driven audio processing. Their latest solutions at ISE 2025 introduced an app-based self-testing feature, allowing users to verify audio coverage and performance easily. It’s an elegant approach to solving one of hybrid work’s toughest challenges.
QSC / Q-SYS
QSC’s Q-SYS platform is redefining hybrid workspaces and high-impact collaboration environments. Their ability to integrate AV, control, and automation into a unified software-driven ecosystem makes them a standout for enterprises investing in flexible and scalable collaboration solutions. Hybrid working isn’t just about the desks and the meeting rooms; it includes what organizations should be doing in all the spaces in between.
Zoom
Zoom remains at the forefront of hybrid work innovation, and its workplace reservation tool took center stage at ISE 2025. This tool leverages Zoom’s powerful AI companion to make space reservations and provide suggestions for the best days to be in and the best places to sit (based upon team and past preferences) and handle multiple tasks like package delivery and wayfinding. This application is designed to make hybrid work more seamless, flexible, and intelligent, ensuring employees can navigate office spaces efficiently while staying connected.
