Intelligent Interactions with Vonage
Here are my quick thoughts on the Vonage Analyst Relations event that took place in November 2018.
Intelligent Interactions is what Vonage provided in Scottsdale at its first analyst relations event. It was also the main topic of discussion. Vonage wants to see enterprise communications become more effective. It has has a (1Vonage) vision powered by programmable apps. In order to deliver on this vision, the company needed to first build or acquire its own broad technology stack. The key components are in place: Nexmo, VBC, TokBox, and most recently New Voice Media. Vonage intends to go where no provider has gone before.
